Cancellation & Rescheduling: Author Development services are nonrefundable once purchased. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a service credit valid for 90 days. One courtesy reschedule is permitted per purchase.
